Our leadership programmes are suitable for both practising and new managers, team leaders and supervisors of all levels of experience. We design and deliver effective leadership training for large corporates, SMEs and start ups and public sector organisations across a wide variety of sectors.

A tailored programme for your organisation:

Purple Orange designs bespoke leadership programmes, carefully designed to match your organisation’s objectives and the leadership needs and skills of your managers. Some organisation prefer a more work-based approach whilst others want a more practical, outdoor programme. We cater for both:

  • Outdoor Leadership Programmes: Workshop-style leadership training with an outdoor flavour and stimulating practical activities, in a range of interesting locations.
  • Work-based Leadership Programmes: Longer, more comprehensive  work-based programmes

Often the programmes we design are a well-balanced combination of the two.
